Pricing basis

Rates are MyPaintHouse estimator values calibrated against 2026 UK market guidance: wall/ceiling averages around £15/m², doors around £90, windows commonly £60-£150 depending on type, skirting around £8-£12/m, and radiators around £15 each. Specialist sash restoration, spray finishes and major repairs are quoted separately.
